Great food, amazing entertainment, excellent beach, helpful and friendly staff, private section of the beach, clean hotel.

The buffet restaurant offers a great location with a beautiful view of the ocean. The water in the area is very calm, perfect for relaxing. The rooms are decent and well-maintained, providing a comfortable stay. The staff goes above and beyond to make guests feel welcome, offering excellent service. The breakfast options are delicious and there are no long waiting times.

Some rooms may need updated furniture and better air conditioning.

helpful staff as a whole and very smiling animation team. catering is very correct for an all inclusive all... heated swimming pool.

The check in catastrophic, reservation not found and more than an hour to get a room. Not a word of apology. The shallow cleaning in our room... Unwelcome attitude and reflections on our arrival and departure.

The beach area was small but nice, perfect for sunning and for small kids to play. The staff were friendly and tried to accommodate our needs. The resort had a beautiful beach with crystal clear and blue water.

The food was so-so, not much variety and some dishes were not up to par. The rooms were old and in need of updating.

Excellent service. That's the treasure of the hotel. From concern, to waiters, to the general manager himself.

The location of the resort is fantastic, as it is very close to everything. There are multiple restaurants within the resort, offering a variety of cuisines. The rooms are comfortable and the bathrooms are clean. The staff provides excellent service and the breakfast options are delicious. The beach at the resort is beautiful and well-maintained.

The nightclub at the hotel lacks air conditioning, which can be uncomfortable during hot nights.

Staff was remarkable. Made promises to see some of them again. Food quality was low. Lost weight at this all-inclusive. Walked around breakfast but only ate from omelette station. Great smoothies. Loved free room service. Partial ocean view was nice. Proposed activities were great. Food was pretty good. Activities include volleyball but be careful with rings. Nice location for beach and tours, not for visiting other places on your own. Staff was professional, courteous, and friendly. Daily housekeeping. Fresh food. Variety of restaurants, Japanese was the best. Clean and sanitized all the time. Coffee and ice cream available.

I had a truly amazing time at this hotel! The staff, the food, and the beach were all top-notch. The beach was absolutely stunning, with calm waters and very little seaweed. It was the perfect place to relax and soak up the sun.

Although this hotel is primarily for adults, I would still recommend it to families.

I recently stayed at a beachfront hotel in Mexico for a week-long vacation. The staff at the hotel was incredibly helpful and friendly, always going above and beyond to ensure our satisfaction. Our room had a stunning view of the crystal clear blue water and soft sand beach. The location of the hotel was fantastic, and there were plenty of activities to keep us entertained. The sheets in our room were incredibly soft and the overall cleanliness of the hotel was exceptional. The food and drink options were plentiful and of great quality. I highly recommend upgrading to the VIP package for an even more luxurious experience. The bartenders, especially Armando, were outstanding, and the beach server, Janet, was attentive and efficient. The entertainment provided was culturally diverse and enjoyable. I can't imagine staying anywhere else after this incredible experience. Muchas gracias to all the staff for making our stay unforgettable!

Friendly staff, comfortable beds and pillows, great coffee bar and Asian restaurant, no long lines. Beautiful views, excellent beach for kids, good food. Beach cleaned daily, pool and hot tub water tested, activities organized. Preferred Club offers perks like private beach section and hot tubs. Amazing staff, diverse entertainment, and relaxing massage. Lovely beach with fish and fine sand. Tipping gets great service.

The beach at this hotel was fine! Crystal clear waters and calm waves made it a perfect spot for swimming and relaxing. The staff was also very attentive, always making sure we had everything we needed. The location of the hotel was ideal, with plenty of shops and restaurants nearby. One of the best aspects was the all-inclusive service, including room service and free wifi.

I was impressed by the amazing service at Dreams. The beach was beautiful and the pool area well-kept. I loved the spa experience, it was so relaxing and worth the price. Although I encountered some minor issues with the room, the maintenance crew was quick to fix the problem. I would highly recommend Dreams Sands for an enjoyable stay.

I had an amazing time here! The location is perfect – right on the bay with a stunning beach and calm waters. I spent hours lounging in the sun, and the staff was so attentive – they kept my drinks full and even brought me food from the beach restaurant. The service here is unmatched – the staff works so hard to keep everything clean and guests happy. The rooms are beautiful and clean, with all the amenities I needed. I loved the spa and wellness centre, and the entertainment was great. This is definitely the best place I have ever stayed!

Das Frühstück im Hotel war hervorragend! Es gab frische Bäckerbrötchen und eine große Auswahl an leckeren Speisen, wie den selbstgemachten Eiersalat. Außerdem war der Frühstücksraum sehr gemütlich gestaltet mit schönen alten Möbeln und Keramik-Geschirr.

Alles in allem war alles in Ordnung. Keine Verbesserungen nötig.
